Price List

  • 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes.

    • Thorough assessment to include static, dynamic, muscle palpation & range of motion.

    • Manual therapy treatment to include massage, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilisations & neuromuscular releases.

    • Electrotheapies (LASER, heat therapy & therapeutic ultrasound) used as required.

    • Rehabilitation/management recommendations , advice & support.

    • Treatment report emailed as PDF and sent out to multidisciplinary team as necessary.

  • 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes.

    • Soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations & neuromuscular releases.

    Price includes treatment of one large area (e.g.back), or two smaller areas (e.g. hocks). Other areas can be treated for an additional £15.

  • These sessions are completely tailored to the horse and can consist of in-hand training, long-reining or lunging. They usually last between 30-45 minutes, and can be incorporated into a rehabilitation programme or used as part of a training routine.

  • In the event of injury, I can produce bespoke, individual rehabilitation programmes for you to follow to make the rehab process that little bit easier. I will work closely with you and your vet, taking into consideration your individual circumstances and goals. These rehabilitation programmes include up to 6 weeks of management advice and exercise prescriptions, but can be lengthened on request depending on the length of rehabilitation required.

  • Use of LASER therapy or therpeutic ultrasound as a stand-alone treatment for a diagnosed injury or condition, e.g. tendon/ligament injuries, wounds, haematomas etc.

  • Equipment currently available for loan to clients includes;

    • Equiband lunging system

    • ARCEquine Microcurrent Therapy Device

    • TENS machine

    • Cryochaps Ice Compression Boots.

Monthly Subscription Packages

As a horse owner myself, I know that managing your own busy schedule as well as keeping track of your horse’s appointments can sometimes be difficult. This is why I have set up three subscription packages, so all you need to do is choose which option you would like, and I will do the rest! With these subscriptions, your horse receives premium, bespoke veterinary physiotherapy treatment all year round whilst you can spread the cost throughout the year. All packages include ongoing support from myself as well as a set number of treatments throughout the year, which can be used for one or multiple horses.

  • 6 physiotherapy treatments per year

  • Ideal for horses receiving maintenance treatments, on average every 8 weeks

  • Ongoing support in between treatments

  • Saving of £55 per year (one treatment free!).

Maintenance ~ £24/month (Physiotherapy Only)

  • 6 combined physiotherapy & INDIBA radiofrequency treatments per year

  • Ideal for horses receiving maintenance treatments, on average every 8 weeks

  • Ongoing support in between treatments

  • Saving of £90 per year (one treatment free!).

Maintenance Plus ~ £38/month (Physiotherapy & INDIBA Radiofrequency)

  • 8 physiotherapy treatments per year

  • Ideal for horses receiving more regular treatments or pre/post-competition treatments, on average every 6 weeks.

  • Ongoing support in between treatments

  • Saving of £55 per year (one treatment free!).

Performance ~ £32/month (Physiotherapy Only)

  • 8 combined physiotherapy & INDIBA radiofrequency treatments per year

  • Ideal for horses receiving more regular treatments or pre/post-competition treatments, on average every 6 weeks.

  • Mileage charged in addition (80p per mile) if located outside of 15 mile radius from GU24/RG7.

ERVP Rehabilitation Package

Having been in this position myself, I know firsthand how daunting it can be to have your horse diagnosed with an injury, no matter how severe. Therefore, I have developed these rehabilitation packages to help owners plan their horses’ rehabilitation, and get them on the road to recovery. These packages are completely bespoke and are entirely tailored to you and your horse so please do get in touch if you have any queries or would like some more information.

Includes:

  • A bespoke rehabilitation programme including exercise prescription for the duration required.

  • A course of INDIBA Radiofrequency treatment to optimise tissue healing .

  • Full physiotherapy treatments as necessary to reduce the chances of compensatory issues from occuring.

  • Ongoing support at the end of the phone throughout the rehabilitation period.

  • Free loan of equipment such as ice compression boots, ARCEquine Microcurrent device and rehabilitation equipment throughout the rehabilitation period.

Location & Travel

 

I am based in Chobham, Surrey and do not charge for travel within 15 miles of GU24 or RG7. Travel outside of these areas is charged at 80p per additional mile.

A few examples of areas I cover for no additional charge;

Surrey: Woking, Guildford, Farnham, Godalming, Camberley, Chertsey.

Berkshire: Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead.

Hampshire: Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot, Hook, Basingstoke, Tadley.

Booking Terms & Policies

Booking an Appointment

  • Bookings must be made directly through myself via phone, Whatsapp message or email.

  • If you are a new client, please kindly fill out the client registration form. Once this is completed, I will contact you to book an initial treatment.

  • Veterinary physiotherapists are required to treat under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, and therefore all treatments other than maintenance treatments require veterinary consent. If your horse has not been referred to me by your veterinary surgeon, I will need to contact your veterinary practice to gain consent prior to any treatment taking place. By completing and submitting the new client registration form, you agree to me contacting your vet to discuss this.

Payment Methods

  • Payment is preferred by card at the time of the appointment. I have a mobile card reader that accepts all major debit/credit cards, contactless and ApplePay.

  • For clients who prefer to pay by BACS, invoices will be issued after the appointment. It is appreciated if invoices are settled within 5 days of the issue date. Late payment fees will apply, at a rate of £2.50 per additional day if the invoice is not settled within 5 days.

  • Unfortunately I no longer accept cash or cheques as a method of payment.

Group Booking Discounts

  • I offer a group booking discount of 10% off each treatment where 3 or more horses are treated at the same location, on the same day.

  • Clients based at Priory Farm are offered a 10% discount on all treatments, including monthly subscription packages.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that in some circumstances, this is unavoidable. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will not be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur 50% of the appointment fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur the full appointment fee.

Monthly Subscription Packages

  • For all subscription packages, the initial treatment will be charged at full price. Following this, the package price will be charged from the first day of the next month.

  • All other terms & policies, including travel charges, late payment fees and the cancellation policy still apply to each treatment booked as part of a subscription package.
